Features
This type of exhaust flexible pipe with inner braid is one of the most popular type flexible pipes. The inner and outer two layers braids to our standard bellows provide all the features of standard bellows plus enhanced external protection, prevent hose elongation under pressure, and damp vibration. Our wire braid from our reliable supplier is manufactured from bright, high-quality annealed wire in a wide range of alloys and designs. Wire braid offers excellent coverage and minimizes spring-back during bellows fabrication. The internal sleeve allows a pipe-to-pipe connection that reduces or eliminates stress between the two pipe ends.

Quality Control
Every-single unit is tested at least twice through-out the manufacturing cycle The first test is a visual inspection. The operator makes sure that:
The part is placed in its fixture to ensure proper fitment on the vehicle.
The welds are completed without any holes or gaps.
The ends of the pipes are fished to the proper specifications.
The second test is a pressure test. The operator blocks all of the entrances and exits of the part and fills it with compressed air with a pressure equal to five times that of a standard exhaust system. This guarantees the structural integrity of the welds holding the piece together.
