The interlock liner (reinforcement) inside the flexible pipe can help facilitate the smooth flow of high temperature exhaust gases. Recommended for all high flowing, high temperature, forced induction applications. The outer wire meshes protect the bellows away from outside destroys and at the same time make the flexible pipe even stronger without cutting down its flexibility.

Features
This type of exhaust flexible pipe with interlock has stainless steel wire meshes outside and a stainless steel interlock (reinforced inner spiral wall) and a bellows inside. Most times use them in case of high flexibility (soft) on request for OEM or OES market.
Isolate vibration generated by the engine; thereby relieving stress on the exhaust system.
Reduce premature cracking of manifolds and downpipes and help extend the life of other components.
Applicable to different positions of the exhaust system, but most effective when installed in front of the pipe section of an exhaust system.
Double wall stainless steel for ensuring durability.
Technically gas-tight.

Size, diameter and length can be produced as per the client's requirements, as well as stainless steel type.

Quality Control
Every-single unit is tested at least twice throughout the manufacturing cycle. The first test is a visual inspection. The operator makes sure that:
The part is placed in its fixture to ensure proper fitment on the vehicle.
The welds are completed without any holes or gaps.
The ends of the pipes are fished to the proper specifications.
The second test is a pressure test. The operator blocks all of the entrances and exits of the part and fills it with compressed air with a pressure equal to five times that of a standard exhaust system. This guarantees the structural integrity of the welds holding the piece together. Some of our products go directly to the assembly lines of car exhaust systems. All products we supply are manufactured using good stainless materials, in processes fully supervised, guaranteeing high quality. Our company works according to the certified system of quality management IATF16949.
